Group classes will begin on November 1 at 14 World Class fitness clubs.
Barre is a new type of training from the creators of the famous New Zealand fitness program Les Mills. Inspired by classical ballet movements, exercises are performed without a machine and with modern music. The thirty-minute class includes elements of cardio and strength training, the main focus of which is on the work of the legs, buttocks and stabilizer muscles, strengthening the core and creating proper posture.
The head coach, responsible for the development of the Les Mills Barre program in Russia, was Andrey Andreev, personal instructor for the group programs of the World Class Olympic club.
From November 1, Les Mills Barre training will be included in the group program schedule of 14 World Class fitness clubs. Additional information is available at
