Why you need to do a warm-up before training

Coming to the gym, people usually want to start practicing right away, especially if they have little time. Therefore, they often neglect the warm-up and begin to perform exercises on unheated muscles. It is not right. Warm-up helps the body to enter the rhythm of training, warm up the muscles, prepares the body for more complex and intense exercises, so that during the lesson to give out at full capacity. Untrained muscles are easy to injure - they are less elastic and active than warm muscles.

Thanks to the warm-up, training will be much more effective. But remember: you cannot stretch before strength training - we wrote about this in detail here.
