- My diet consists mainly of healthy foods. As a nutritionist, I know how important it is for a person to follow a healthy diet.

Therefore, at the beginning of each week I try to fill the refrigerator with useful products - so I always have the right ingredients for my favorite, harmless dishes on hand. My diet does not have gluten, dairy products, soybeans, red meat, highly processed carbohydrates and refined sugar. These are the products without which not a single day of mine passes.

Vegetable broth is a universal product. In it I stew vegetables, adding a little olive oil to them, and cook soups and stew with it.

The simplest recipe for soup is to chop favorite vegetables, potatoes, garlic into boiling broth, add spices. In just 20 minutes, a full-fledged hot dish will be waiting for you.

Pesto adds piquancy to the simplest dishes. It is very tasty to eat raw vegetables with pesto, cut into thin sticks, and also add it to green salads, beans, baked potatoes or spaghetti.

It turns out very tasty!

On the weekend I bake immediately a lot of chickpeas, pre-soak it overnight. It turns out a healthy protein snack that you can snack on all week.

I love vegetable milk. I always have coconut, almond and rice in my stock.

With almond milk, I cook lazy oatmeal, make morning smoothies on rice, and cook hot mashed soups with coconut. Almond milk produces the most delicious puddings from chia seeds and avocados.

Tuna or salmon is an ideal source of protein and healthy fats. I like to have a bite of fish with balsamic, mustard and lemon juice. And if you add quinoa and a little avocado, you get a hearty lunch or dinner.

It is important that the birds whose eggs you buy grow in free conditions, walk on the grass and eat food suitable for them, not compound feeds . Usually marks on free-range poultry are on the package of eggs. With eggs, I cook a variety of dishes - from scramble and just boiled eggs to frittata and quiche.

Zucchini, cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, Spinach and cale are always in my fridge.

I love simple vegetable salads: just chop raw vegetables, add a spoonful of olive oil or pesto - and a light dinner is ready.

I like to cook hummus - it's very simple .

Probiotics are necessary for every resident of the metropolis. Since these are living microorganisms, they must be stored in the refrigerator.
