  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic, curry and let it simmer for 3 minutes.

  2. Pour the broth or water into the pan, add noodles, coconut milk, green onions, greens and chopped mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the edamame beans and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Salt, mix and remove from heat. Drain the liquid from the pan.

    You can leave a little broth.

  1. Mix the chopped turkey meat, egg, grated Gouda cheese, onion , basil, sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini, garlic and salt.
  2. Form balls and roll each in bread crumbs.
  3. Put the balls on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

  4. While the balls are baking, cook polenta: mix milk, water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  5. Pour the cereal into the liquid, add the butter and cook until tender.
  6. Add the grated cheese, mix and hold on the fire for a couple more minutes.
  7. Remove the meat balls from the oven and pour in tomato sauce.
  8. Serve polenta hot with turkey balls.
