Vladimir Voloshin plans to overcome the tenfold triathlon in 150 hours

Swissultra DECA is one of the stages of the World Cup in ultratriathlon, which is held under the auspices of the international association IUTA in two formats: Continuous (for 345 hours, participants must successively overcome 38 km by swimming, 1,800 km by bicycle and 422 km by running) and One 10er day (for 10 days, participants must complete one full “iron” distance daily - 3.8 km / 180 km / 42.2 km).

This year 20 athletes showed up at Swissultra DECA: 15 will participate in DECA Continuous and five will participate in DECA One 22er day. For the first time, Russians will be among them: Vladimir Matveev from Ivanovo is participating in a continuous race, and Vladimir Voloshin will have to overcome 10 “iron” distances in 10 days.

Within the framework of Swissultra DECA 2018, Voloshin together with Rusfond plans to raise money to help children in need.
