This is a completely non-classical shakshuka: eggs and green sauce are prepared separately and served with loose jasmine rice.

Almond milk

1 cup

Nuts (pistachios )

1/2 cup

Celery (leaf )

1 bunch

Oil (olive )

1/4 cup

Cooking process

  1. Grind cilantro, leaf celery, garlic, hot pepper and pistachios with water, olive oil and th lime to pesto consistency.

  2. Mix the sauce with almond milk and heat it in a saucepan.
  3. Fry the eggs one at a time in a pan.
  4. Put on the plates a little boiled rice, on top - green sauce and one fried egg. Sprinkle with finely chopped feta cheese. Done!
