Ingredients

Cheese (mozzarella grated)

Sauce (tomato marinara)

1.5 cups

Cheese (grated parmesan)

1/3 cup

Basil (fresh chopped)

Cooking process

  1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
  2. Mix ricotta, olive oil, egg, garlic and mozzarella in a blender.
  3. Put a little cheese mixture on each slice of zucchini and wrap it in a roll.
  4. Repeat with all slices of zucchini.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce into the baking dish, put the rolls in it and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  6. When the dish is ready, sprinkle grated parmesan and chopped fresh basil on top. Serve hot.
