Vegetarian roll with quinoa

  1. Fill the quinoa with cold water for 30-60 seconds, remove the pop-up seeds. Place quinoa in a saucepan, add some water and turn on medium heat.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook quinoa for another 10-12 minutes. As soon as quinoa softens, drain excess water.

  2. While the quinoa is cooling, mix in a separate container all the ingredients for the sauce: olive, sesame and sunflower oil, soy sauce, worcester sauce and sesame seeds. Stir until smooth, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Greens (rucola, spinach, frize, lollo rosso, romano salads), rinse and dry - you can use a special device or an ordinary towel for this.

  4. Tomatoes and avocados cut as you like, or into cubes.
  5. On the edge of the pita bread, put the leaves of greens, quinoa, avocado and tomatoes and season with sauce.
  6. Now fry the roll in a press grill on both sides. In order for the cake to become crispy, 2 minutes will be enough. Do not overheat.
