Ingredients

Cauliflower (colour)

1/4 head of cabbage

Oil (olive )

1 tbsp. l

Yogurt (natural thick)

to taste

Cooking process

  1. Cut the onion, garlic and cauliflower into small pieces.

    Separate the leaves of the cale from the stem.

  2. Put all the ingredients except yogurt in a saucepan, pour the broth and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix the soup with a blender at high speed until smooth.
  4. Serve hot by adding a spoonful of yogurt.
