Tomatoes ( canned )

2 cans (400 ml each)

Cheese (grated parmesan)

1/4 cup

Tomatoes (jerky )

Celery (chopped)

Cooking process

  1. Combine the minced turkey, ricotta, grated parmesan, finely chopped in a bowl sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped basil leaves, red pepper and finely chopped celery.
  2. Form the meatballs into small meatballs.

  3. Put the mitballs on baking paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Heat canned tomatoes in a pan with oregano, finely chopped remaining basil, garlic and white wine.
  5. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  6. Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce. Arrange on plates and add mitballs on top.
