Cooking process

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Warm the fillet on both sides, then fry each for four minutes until a golden crust appears or the salmon begins to decay.

    Put the fish on a plate.

  2. In the same pan, fry the spinach leaves and leave them under the lid for a minute. Put the finished spinach on a plate, put on top a piece of fillet.
  3. Heat the cream fresh in a pan, add the juice of half a lemon, capers and parsley. Warm the sauce over low heat for several minutes, not boiling.

  4. Pour over the prepared fish sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
