Cooking process

  1. Heat the soya mince in oil, add water and some soya sauce. The meat should be soft.
  2. For the sauce, mix honey, ginger, chopped chili, soy sauce and vegetable oil.
  3. Wash the cale and parsley and chop into pieces.
  4. In a plate, mix greens with boiled rice, add soy meat and season with sauce.
