Ingredients

Corn (fresh )

4 ears

Basil (fresh leaves)

Cooking process

  1. Heat the pan and fry the corn cobs for a couple of minutes from all parties.
  2. Cut the corn from the ears into a large bowl.
  3. Chop the finely chilli and mix with corn kernels, olive oil, basil, lemon zest and lime juice.
  4. Cut the peaches into large pieces and add to the salad.
  5. Arrange the salad in plates and top with a bowl of burrata.
