Ingredients

Macaroni (ravioli with cheese)

400 g

Vinegar ( balsamic )

3 tbsp. l

Oil (creaming )

2 tbsp. l

Cooking process

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry it for a couple of minutes finely chopped onions and garlic.

  2. Wash the mushrooms and chop finely.
  3. Put the mushrooms in a pan, add thyme and fry over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Prepare the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Serve the ravioli with the toasted mushrooms, sprinkled with balsamic vinegar.
