Cooking process

  1. Mix with a mixer flour, olive oil, sugar and yeast with a glass warm water to a state of elastic dough.
  2. Roll the ball from the dough and leave it at room temperature for half an hour.

  3. Combine yogurt, goat cheese, ricotta, thyme and garlic in a blender.
  4. Thinly roll the dough, spread the cheese mixture on top and lay the asparagus on it.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  6. Put the arugula on the prepared pizza and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Done!
