Ingredients

Oil (olive )

Garlic (chopped )

Pepper (ground black)

Cooking process

  1. Wash the chicken breast well.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

  3. Combine the spices in a bowl with garlic, oil and salt.
  4. Pour potato wedges with this mixture and mix well.
  5. Put the potatoes in a baking dish and add the chicken breasts with lemon wedges on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  7. Cut the breasts into pieces and serve with potatoes and fresh cherry.
