Cooking process

  1. Mix half the mushrooms with melted (150 g) butter.
  2. Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Mix the prepared mushrooms with a blender until smooth.
  4. Melt the remaining butter in a pan. Add the other half of the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
  5. Beat eggs in a large bowl with milk and thyme.
  6. Add the flour and knead the dough.

  7. Oil a round baking dish.
  8. Roll out the dough and put it in a shape so that you get high sides.
  9. Pour the creamy-mushroom mass inside, add the fried mushrooms on top.
  10. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  11. Serve with sour cream.
