Light burger with a diet cutlet of turkey meat and sauce based on Greek yogurt and cucumbers.

Yogurt (Greek)

Cooking process

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, finely chopped (or grated) in a bowl cucumber, chopped dill and salt.
  2. Grind turkey fillets in a combine or meat grinder with oregano, garlic, cumin, olive oil and salt.

  3. Form small cutlets from the minced meat and bake them in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Collect the burgers. Cut the buns in half, grease with yogurt sauce, put on top the cutlet, lettuce, a couple of slices of tomato, a little feta and another sauce. Cover everything with the second half of the bun.
