Cooking process

  1. Put the chicken meat on a baking sheet on a baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix finely chopped ginger, garlic, salt, and lemongrass with honey.
  3. Lubricate the meat with a spicy mixture and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Cut the carrots into thin strips, and radish into thin slices.
