Preparation

  1. Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and cut into small pieces.
  2. Break the egg into a bowl and add crumbs of bread and sesame to it.

  3. Dip in the egg mixture all the pieces of cauliflower, put them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. While the cabbage is baking, prepare the sauce: mix pomegranate, soy sauce, orange and lime juice, ginger, honey and chili sauce in a blender.
  5. Serve hot cabbage with sauce.
