Shrimps with cream polenta

Tender corn porridge with boiled shrimps marinated in sauce chimichurri.

Broth (chicken)

4 cups

Butter (olive )

1 cup

Parsley (fresh chopped)

1/2 cup

Onion (shallot chopped)

2 tbsp. l

Cilantro (freshly ground)

1 tbsp.


Garlic (milled )

1.5 tsp

Pepper (dried red)

1 tsp

Pepper (ground black)


Cooking process

  1. Mix the broth and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour polenta and add chopped goat cheese.
  3. Boil the cereal until it absorbs the liquid and becomes soft.
  4. For a marinade, mix finely chopped shallots, parsley, cilantro, garlic, oregano, red and black pepper, olive oil and wine vinegar in a bowl.

  5. Boil the shrimp until cooked.
  6. Dip boiled shrimp in the marinade and let stand for 30 minutes.
  7. Arrange the polenta in plates and add the marinated shrimp on top. Bon appetit!
