Tender fillet of white fish with a side dish of potatoes, Brussels sprouts, celery and onions.

Potato ( chopped )

3 cups

Brussels sprouts

2 cups

Celery (chopped stalk)

1/4 cup

Onion (chopped)

1/4 cup

Garlic (milled )

1 clove

Cheese (grated parmesan)

Butter (olive)

Cooking process

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry together with onions and garlic until golden brown (about 10 minutes over medium heat).
  2. Wash and dry the fish fillet. Lubricate with a mixture of mustard and olive oil.

  3. Put the Brussels sprouts, celery, fried potatoes with onions and garlic and cod fillet on top in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  5. Serve the dish, sprinkled with grated parmesan.
