Broth (chicken)

Basil (leaves)

Rice (boiled jasmine )

Cooking process

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the broth, coconut milk, ginger, lemongrass, curry paste, sugar and onion.

  2. Bring to a boil, add pieces of chicken, mushrooms and fish sauce. Reduce heat and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add salt, lime juice, basil to the pan, increase the heat and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Serve the soup hot with rice.
