Ingredients

Chicken (breast fillet)

200 g

Beans (sprouts )

1/2 cup

Carrots (grated)

1/3 cup

Spices (tamarind )

1/4 cup

Preparation process

  1. For the sauce, mix sugar, fish and soy sauces, tamarind and lime juice.
  2. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

  3. Boil the chicken breast until tender.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and chopped garlic. Pour in beaten eggs and fry until eggs are cooked.
  5. Add noodles, sauce, chicken pieces to the pan. Stir and hold on fire for a couple of minutes.

  6. Serve pad thai hot with bean seedlings.
