Ham (prosciutto)

6 slices

Oil (olive )

1/4 cup

Vinegar (balsamic)

Preparation process

  1. Form balls of melon using an ice cream spoon.

  2. Each burrata ball is cut in half and put in half on the bottom of the transparent glasses.
  3. Top with a few balls of melon and a slice of prosciutto in each glass. Put the glasses in the refrigerator while preparing to refuel.
  4. For dressing, mix basil leaves, olive oil, honey, lemon juice and balsamic in a blender.
  5. Chilled caprese season with the finished mixture and serve.
