Cranberries (dried)

Sour cream ( non-greasy :)

1/2 cup

Oil (olive)

1/4 cup

Preparation process

  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Fry coconut flakes in a pan for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Thinly cut shallots and mix in a large salad bowl with broccoli and coconut.
