The main ingredient of tartin is their base, bread. For the preparation of tartin, whole grain or cereal bread is used, this is their main difference from crostini, which Italians prepare on the basis of white fried bread.

Tartines are perhaps one of the healthiest types of sandwiches. You can buy ready-made tartines (for example, in the PRIME cafe they are cooked on gluten-free bread with pumpkin and sesame seeds, stuffed with curd cheese and guacamole, dried and fresh tomatoes, salmon and micro-greens), or you can prepare a snack on your own - the recipe is also useful for breakfast, and in case of unexpected arrival of guests.
