Baked potatoes with eggs and mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Chop the onion finely. Wash and peel the mushrooms if necessary.

Bake the dish for 40-45 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and bake another 10 minutes.
Make four cavities in the dish and break each egg. Put the baking tray in the oven for 3-5 minutes to bake the eggs.
