Almond milk

Seeds (sunflower )

Cooking process

  1. Cut the cauliflower into slices. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  2. On the same baking sheet, bake the garlic cloves.
  3. Mix in a blender baked cauliflower and garlic with melted butter, almond milk, salt and pepper to a homogeneous consistency.
  4. Pour the soup into plates and garnish with olive oil and sunflower seeds.
