Cucumber (fruitful )

Chickpeas (canned )

1 can

Parsley ( chopped )

1/4 cup

Mint (fresh chopped)

1/4 cup

Yogurt (Greek )

1/4 cups

oil (olive )

1/4 cup

Cooking process

  1. Cut the cucumber into thin circles, and the onion into thin half rings.
  2. Combine the cucumber and onions with chickpeas and finely chopped parsley and mint in a large salad bowl.

  3. Prepare the dressing: mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. Dress the salad with the resulting sauce and mix. Done!
