Cooking process

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. Combine soy sauce with walnut paste, lime juice and sugar.

  3. Pour the tofu with the resulting mixture and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Put the noodles in a bowl, add chopped vegetables, tofu cubes, chopped green onions and basil. Serve the bowl warm.
