  1. Squeeze the juice of one lemon in a glass.
  2. In a medium saucepan, mix sugar with water. Bring the water to a boil after the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Beat the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add sugar syrup and mix well.

    Then pour in lemon juice and rose water.

  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into a large container and freeze for about two hours until completely hardened.
  5. Remove the sorbet from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Arrange in a bowl and serve.

  1. Pre-soak cashews in a bowl for an hour.
  2. Mash the dates with a crush. Mix in a blender 30 g of coconut oil, almonds, dates and a pinch of salt. Transfer the resulting mass into a round shape and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Drain the cashew water.

    Squeeze lemon juice in a bowl and add all remaining ingredients except lemon zest. Stir with a spoon until smooth.

  4. Put on top of the base of the cheesecake and put it back in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  5. Garnish with lemon peel cheesecake before serving.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine the grated carrots, sugar and a little lemon zest in a bowl. Add a spoonful of vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and vanillin. Shuffle.

  3. Sift the flour into another bowl and mix with the baking powder. Stir constantly, add flour to the carrot mass. Stir until smooth.
  4. Oil a baking dish and evenly distribute the dough on it.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes.
