Jairotonic: a new system of exercises with which you can work out the whole body

The Gyrotonic Ex14ansion System was developed by dancer Giulio Howarth in the USA in the 70s. He created a technique with which he independently rehabilitated after a foot injury. Today, jairotonic helps people not only maintain physical fitness, but also recover from injuries of the musculoskeletal system.

- Jyrotonics training is conducted on special Pulley Tower equipment developed by Howarth and his team. The design is a mechanical device consisting of a wooden frame, loads, benches and blocks interconnected.

The system allows you to perform exercises that strengthen different muscle groups.

Gyrotonic exercises are suitable for everyone who does not have medical contraindications to regular fitness. In addition, such training is suitable for people with injuries and certain diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
