A disease likes to come at the most inopportune time: during the session, on the eve of the delivery of an important project, in the midst of the sales season. Then people usually gather their strength, take an antipyretic and courageously go to work or school. Doctors are sure: this is how people harm themselves first of all.

Yes, effective remedies against colds have not yet been invented, and treatment comes down to the recommendation "to lie and drink plenty of fluids." If you can’t do without you at all, you want to take documents or transfer all the files before you lie down at home, try to follow the simple rules so as not to drag the hospital half of the office behind you:

  • put on the mask and change it every two hours. This is not a 100% protection method, but it still greatly reduces the likelihood of infection by others;
  • wash your hands more often. So you do not spread viruses on all surfaces that you touch. When coughing or sneezing, try not to cover yourself with the bend of the palm, but with the bend of the elbow, so you keep your hands clean longer;
  • do not use common dishes during lunch. For the duration of the illness, get an individual kit.

The main criterion for recovery is a decrease in temperature and an overall improvement in well-being. Some symptoms may persist even when a person is not contagious.
