"Hurricane" training - that's what it is called - was first developed 12 years ago to train professional mixed martial arts fighters. Today, each of us has the opportunity to find a body like Conor McGregor - just a few basic rules need to be followed. Firstly, experts do not recommend starting training according to the “hurricane” program, if you just started going to the gym - it is intended for more experienced athletes.

Secondly, you need to train at least twice a week and rest for at least a day between classes. “Hurricane” training consists of three sets of three exercises in each. You need to repeat each set three times before moving on to the next level. Just do not forget about a good workout before training and stretching after it - they will help to avoid injuries and better recover from stress.

In the cold season, it is better to run sprints in the gym on the track.

In the warm - it is possible at the stadium. You must run at a fast pace for 30 seconds.

  1. Lie down on a horizontal bench. Take the bar straight closed (in the ring between the thumb and the rest of the fingers) grip slightly wider than the width of the shoulders.

    Spread your feet wide, bend at the lower back. The shoulder blades are reduced and pressed to the bench. The muscles of the hips and buttocks are tense, the pelvis does not come off the bench. The elbows are bent at an angle of 75 degrees and are strictly under the bar.

  2. At the upper point of the arms are straightened.

    Lower the bar with a slight slope about the middle of the chest - the bar should barely touch the chest. Hold for a second and squeeze the bar back.

  3. Do eight repetitions.

  1. Grasp the bar, best of all with a direct mid grip.
  2. Gradually pull the case to the crossbar (horizontal bar).

    Tighten your abs so that your body does not sway. Flatten your shoulder blades - this is a prerequisite for the "right" pull-ups.

  3. Do not forget to bend in the thoracic region, reaching with the chest to the crossbar - this is also very important. When the chin is above the crossbar, gently straighten your arms and slowly lower yourself. Do eight repetitions.

  1. Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart. Take the barbell on top with a narrow grip.
  2. Lift the barbell and pull it to the chin. Keep your elbows apart.

  3. Lower the barbell and repeat the exercise. Do 10 reps.

  1. Sit on a bench or chair, take dumbbells, your back is straight. Hands along the body, palms looking at each other.
  2. Raise and bend your arms, simultaneously turning the brush so that the palms are already looking at the chest.

    Slowly lower your arms and raise again. Do it 10 times.
