Bell pepper (red)

Basil (fresh leaves)

Cooking process

  1. Boil the chicken until cooked and cut into small pieces.

  2. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar and a little water in a pan.
  4. Add pieces of chicken, grated fresh ginger and butter. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the finished noodles, mix well and place on plates.

  6. Sprinkle each serving with chopped green onions and fresh basil. Done!
