Preparation process

  1. Mix cashew, vegetable milk, frozen cranberries or lingonberries in a blender and dates to a state of a homogeneous cream.
  2. Pour into silicone molds and put in the freezer for about an hour, so that the curd cures.
  3. While the cheese is in the freezer, prepare the icing: mix coconut oil, cocoa and syrup in a bowl.
