Bring the water to a boil , dip the dumplings in boiling water and mix immediately so that they do not stick together.
Reduce heat and cook for 5-7 minutes. When all the dumplings float to the surface, you can take it out - then the dumplings will not boil, the dough will remain elastic and tasty and at the same time with the broth inside. If you overdo the dumplings in the water, they will soften, and the meat will lose the aroma of spices.
There are two options: to weld dumplings or steam.
Put the dumplings in the broth and mix. Close the lid and cook for 7-9 minutes.
To cook dumplings in the microwave, put them in a deep microwave-safe container, add hot water, seasonings, butter and cover with a lid or plate. Cook the dumplings at full power for 5-8 minutes. While the dumplings are cooked, they need to be mixed a couple of times.
