Kichari is one of the most popular dishes in India. There are two main ingredients - mung and basmati rice, but dozens of spices and spices give “the same taste” to Kichari, which, however, will not be difficult to find. We’ll tell you how to cook this healthy dish in literally 40 minutes.

Fill the mash with six glasses of cold water and leave for several hours, rinse well afterwards.
Mix ginger, coconut, cilantro and half a glass of water in a blender to a pulp state.
Put the oil in a pan, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns and bay leaf. Keep the spices on the fire until the aroma appears.
Add the contents of the blender, turmeric and salt to the pan.
The turn of mash and rice came - add them to the pan, mix well and leave to cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes. When the rice and mung be soft - the dish is ready.
