- As a child, I was a chubby child. But at the age of 15-16 she took up herself - she began to go in for sports a lot, which now allows me to be in such physical shape. Perhaps this is due to my father’s genes, as he was a lean, inflated man with impeccable pressure.

I have never been involved in professional sports, but since childhood I love to ride a bike. I learned how to pedal, and I still twist.

A bicycle is the coolest vehicle. You are alone, but at the same time with everyone, you pedal and seem to strain, but at the same time it’s not hard for you, but it’s fun. I had both a road bike and a cross-country bike (mountain bike. - Note . ed.

). Now only the last one remains, since it is more convenient for the city - you won’t be able to cross the curbs on the highway.

In general, I don’t have a division: now I have a training session, and now I'm just moving around the city on a bicycle. For me it is one. If I’m going to work and this summer, then most likely I’m riding a bike, and in order not to listen to the noise of cars, I turn on the music in the headphones.

The music itself is different: I can listen to Bach, and the Ramones, and our album.

I do not have a clear training system. I have been going to yoga since 2002. Now I have found a very cool coach and I periodically attend his classes when it turns out to combine our schedules. Moreover, he is so cool that you will come to him once a month - and have already pumped.

Since childhood, I like to swim. I grew up in Chertanovo, there is a huge pool, and as I learned to swim at three, I went there all the time. When I was pregnant, I used to go every day, both in the morning and in the evening. Water cleanses, soothes. For me, swimming is even steeper than great, but more tiring.

I never thought about amateur competitions - for this you need to constantly train, which means you need to devote a lot of time to this. Although I’m such an easy person to climb, that if I am offered to cross the Bosphorus, maybe I will agree. So far, no such proposals have been received.

I take pleasure in any movement , from any physical stress: I go up and down the stairs, take my son to the garden, and on the way back I carry his scooter, thereby pumping my hands. Behind the scenes, when the play is going on and there are about twenty minutes before the next exit, I can push myself out and stand at the bar. I just enjoy doing sports.

To anyone. I don’t have such a thing that I have to form my body, although without this, of course, it’s difficult for the actor - if he doesn’t like himself, then how will he play.

What else would I like to try? My dream is to ride a snowboard, but for some reason inexplicable to me, by the time I was 35 years old, I never stood on the board. I also want to go water skiing - once I tried to get on the board, but nothing came of it. There were a lot of my friends, guys who wanted to ride and knew how to do it, but they suffered until I fell, swim, get up .

.. and so on in a circle. Later I felt sorry for them - I think: let them ride.

My main diet is cheese, steamed vegetables and kilotons of chocolate.

Different, varied. In winter, there are times when you move a little and constantly drink tea with chocolates at home, gain a little - and you are already uncomfortable in your weight. Then yes, for 3-4 days I give up sweets, I eat only vegetables and fruits. But as soon as I return to my weight, I again lean on chocolate.

I have not eaten meat since I was 16.

In adolescence, she subtracted that the second blood group does not need meat in order to function well and be vigorous and strong. For some reason, I decided that I had a second blood type. But when I became pregnant and went to get tested, they tell me: you have the first blood type. I: "no, you mixed something up", in response to me: "you have exactly the first blood group." So in such a strange way I gave up meat.

At first I didn’t eat it on purpose, I thought that from this I would become thinner, prettier and healthier, then I ceased to like the taste and texture. Sometimes they offer me something, saying: "Try, you just die," but I try - and it feels like I ate plastic.

It seems to me that sport should not be perceived as a separate part of life, but it is necessary to integrate it into your life: go up and down stairs, take a scooter or a bike, take the subway escalator. In the absence of activity, your body begins to suffer. And as soon as the result appears - cubes on the press, tightened buttocks or embossed hands - you want to support it.

The result is easy to get when you yourself have fun, interesting, and not when you think: "Oh, I'm fat, I have to go to work, run for 20 minutes." It depresses, and, as it seems to me, doing so yourself is even worse.
