Once my father showed me how to kick the ball, I liked it. The girls in the yard went to play pionerball, and I asked for football with the boys. Later, a physical education teacher said that in our city there is a women's section of football. With this, it all started, I began to engage. My desire to play and my passion for the game helped me get into the Russian national team, which I played for from 2005 to 2017.
The most difficult part in professional sports for me has always been preseason fees. When you just get back into shape, and they chase you so that you don’t have any strength after training. But then the championship begins: the game process is a real pleasure. When you enter the field, disconnect from extraneous thoughts and completely surrender to the game. This is an amazing feeling!
Today I teach girls how to play soccer.
I have my own female amateur team "Integral". To be comfortable on the field, we divide the players into two groups: beginners and experienced. In amateur football, the coach makes every effort to get the most out of the players, and they accept it or not. Here is a fine line - many have children, families. Girls come to training for a good mood, joy from what is happening.
My task is to maintain this atmosphere, inspire and guide them forward, to victory.
It seems to me that it is very important to give everyone the opportunity to train. Today, every girl in Moscow can come and try her hand: there are football schools and sections for people with different levels of training, some classes are free (for example, on the Nike Box MSK football box in Gorky Park).

After completing my sports career, I realized that it was a great pleasure for me to train other people. I want to transfer knowledge and skills to girls. Now I train people at the amateur level, but I dream of a professional team, to which the requirements are much higher. I see the result of my work: the team is interested, they respond and strive to be better.
Sometimes difficulties arise in training: someone is offended, someone is emotional or, conversely, taciturn. But experience in football helps me find an approach to each player.
The world championship is taking place in France now, of which I, of course, are watching. If I don’t watch a match, then I read reviews and analytics. All games are very interesting! I support the French team and bet on their victory.
We met with some players of this team at matches, the team is very strong. In France, a serious national championship. “Lyon”, “Paris Saint-Germain” are in the Champions League against the strongest clubs.
It is a pity that our football players did not qualify. Over the past few years, a change of generations has been going on in the national team; our youth is a little behind in training from girls from Germany and France.
Until 2017, the Russian team was quite strong. We constantly participated in the European Championship, reached the final. Now everything has changed, it is difficult to get to significant international competitions. Our championship is not competitive enough: six to seven teams play in it, but you need at least twelve good levels. This is due to a lack of funding for women's football.
But the interest in football on the part of girls is growing, I constantly notice it.
Professional football trainings are classes on and off the pitch. Outside the lawn, girls perform exercises, run long distances and high-speed stretches. Be sure to go to the gym. We focus on the development of stability: we perform exercises on BOSU, with elastic bands, complexes for strengthening muscles.
Women soccer players train in the same way as men, the difference is only in lower weights and the absence of super-strong heavy exercises, as well as in a lower load on the joints and spine.
Despite the fact that I am a coach and not a player, it is also important for me to keep fit. I love the gym, I try to do at least twice a week. I often participate in game episodes in training: it’s one thing to explain, another to show.

I do not limit myself much. I love homemade food, I try not to eat fast food. I like to be constantly on the move, so I don’t think about how not to eat excess chocolate.
For professional sports, nutrition is very important. The emphasis is on food rich in proteins and carbohydrates.
You need to eat meat in order for muscles to grow, carbohydrates for energy. Sweet is an empty food that gives nothing. Football players must take supplements: vitamins, amino acids, creatine.
By the way, football players actually do not have strict food restrictions. For mobility, the weight should be normal, there are recommendations on how to maintain it.
You can eat anything, but at the same time everyone is responsible for his body. Girls who have problems with excess weight, as a rule, leave the sport, because they can not withstand the loads. Any self-respecting athlete knows what he can eat and what not. Everyone sets limits for himself.
In France, the women's world football championship continues.
The teams that qualified for the quarter finals are already known. Norway will play with England, France with the USA, Italy with the Netherlands, Germany with Sweden. Matches of the quarter finals of the tournament will be held from June 27 to 29.
The final meeting will take place on July 7 at the Olympic Park Lyonne stadium in Lyon.
