While standing, move your left hand to the side. Take your right leg to the side and bend it at the knee. Hold the palm of your right hand on the heel.

Holding yourself behind the heel, try to straighten the leg in the direction to the right and up. Use your left hand to help yourself maintain balance.

Lock leg up and try to maintain a pose as long as possible. To complicate the exercise, close your eyes.

Then slowly return to the starting position and do the same the other way.
