Cooking process

  1. Mix flour, 50 g sugar, olive oil and water.

    Knead the dough.

  2. Form a ball from the dough and roll it to a thickness of several millimeters. Leave some dough to decorate the cake.
  3. Put the dough in a round baking dish and form the sides.
  4. Cut the apples into slices and sprinkle with the remaining sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Mix gently.

  5. Lay the apples tightly together in a mold.
  6. Roll out the rest of the dough and cut into strips. Put them on a pie criss-cross.
  7. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
