Cooking process

  1. Melt coconut oil and mix it with coconut flakes and syrup.

  2. Add the dried berries and mix to create a dense, uniform mass.
  3. Form small bars from the resulting coconut mass, put them on parchment and put them in the refrigerator until they solidify.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool slightly.
  5. Dip the frozen bars in melted chocolate.
  6. Garnish the bars with dried strawberries and refrigerate again.
