Coconut milk

Coconut flakes

1/3 cup

Cooking process

  1. Melt the butter with coconut milk in a bowl over low heat until smooth.
  2. Mix coconut flour in this mixture and cool.

  3. Combine one whole egg with four yolks (separate the whites in another bowl). Add vanilla and combine this mixture with coconut milk.
  4. Using a mixer, mix four proteins until foam. Add sugar and mix again.
  5. In the first mixture, add blueberries, coconut and whipped whites with sugar.

    Mix well.

  6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  7. Bake the souffle at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the finished souffle with icing sugar.
