Chamomile (dried)

Cooking process

  1. Heat the honey in a small saucepan.
  2. Dip the chamomile sachets in hot honey, cover and hold on the fire for another 10 minutes, then remove the sachets.
  3. Combine blueberries, chamomile honey, vanilla and lemon juice in a bowl.
  4. Roll out the dough and distribute the blueberry filling throughout the sheet, leaving the edges free.

  5. Wrap the edges, grease a biscuit with a beaten egg and sprinkle sugar on top.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve a biscuit hot with your favorite ice cream. Bon appetit!
