Preparation process

  1. Wash the apples well, carefully cut the tops (do not throw them away, they come in handy) and remove the core.
  2. Chop the nuts and chop the dates. Mix them with spices, poppy seeds, 6 tbsp. l olive oil and juice of half a lemon.
  3. Put the nut mixture inside each apple and cover with a cut “hat”.
