Chocolate, chips, hamburgers and other processed foods lead to early death

Scientists analyzed the health of 19,899 people for twenty years and found that five or more servings of sugary and fat-saturated foods increase the risk of death by 62%. Each additional serving increases the risk by 18%. On average, people observed died at 58 years old, the main reason being cancer.

The list of dangerous foods included hamburgers, soda, cookies, chips, donuts, mayonnaise, margarine, milkshakes, breakfast cereals, ice cream, pastries, sausages, as well as alcohol obtained by distillation: whiskey, gin.

The study says less processed foods made from milk, flour, and sugar are also dangerous.

This is cheese, bread, fruit in syrup and others.
