A cross-country charity race will be held in the Bitsa recreation area. The organizers prepared four distances for adults: 3 km, 7 km, 14 km or 21 km. For middle-aged children, they will run 1 km and 3 km, and kids under five can run 500 meters without taking into account time. This year a new format will be added - the team relay 3 x 7 km for the Cup "Syndrome of Love".
The registration fee for adult participants at distances of 3 km and 7 km is 1,000 rubles, for 14 km and 21 km - 1,200 rubles.
For children, the size of the contribution depends on the age: up to 5 years - 300 rubles, 6-13 years old - 500 rubles, 14-18 years old - 700 rubles. All funds raised will be directed to educational programs for children with Down syndrome.

Pre-start warm-up Before the trail, she will be held by two-time Olympic medalist and eight-time world champion in the 400m race Natalia Nazarova. Another participant in the race will be Stanislav Bogdanov - an athlete with Down syndrome.
After the trail, all the runners will have hot tea and porridge.
Warm dressing rooms and games rooms will also be organized at the start and finish, and a free excursion to the new interactive museum "Forest Tale" will be organized for children.
