Cheese (cream cheese)

Cooking process

  1. Prepare the dough: to do this, mix eggs, millet flakes, flour, agave syrup, rice milk, lemon juice and lemon zest until a homogeneous consistency.
  2. Bake pancakes for 1-2 minutes in a pan over medium heat.
  3. For the filling, mix cream cheese, sour cream, chopped walnuts and honey.

  4. Lubricate the pancakes with the filling and roll up in a triangle. Lay the berries on top. Done!
